Ande La Monica is a hands-on, award-winning creative director and strategist with proven expertise in leveraging strategy, brand development, and design to solve business problems.
Ande has conceived, developed, and executed strong 360 degree strategies for a variety of clients in various business sectors from non-profit to Fortune 500 organizations. Ande has extensive experience implementing identity, print, packaging, and digital solutions to drive growth.
Ande has work represented in the National Design Archive and has been featured on CNBC's television show "The Entrepreneurs." Ande & Partners was published and featured in "Open for Business" along-side top design firms from around the globe.
He has been recognized for excellence in both typography and design in the area of print, packaging, and motion graphics by top industry organizations. Ande has won numerous awards including AIGA 365, Print, Telly, CMYK, and Breakout Brand of the Year.
Ande speaks frequently about design, branding, and pop culture. He has lectured, held workshops, and taught at various institution including NYU Stern School of Business and Boston University. He is also member of Art Directors Club and the American Institute of Graphic Arts.
Ande holds a BFA from
Rutgers University, Mason Gross School of the Arts. He also earned an MFA from the School of Visual
Arts, ranked World's Best Design School by Business Week and Top Ten Graduate Schools: Graphic Design by U.S. News & World Report.
